Delete account or data
You control your Voxenger account and activity. Use this page on the web, Android or iOS, including when you no longer have the app installed.
- Sign in to the Voxenger account you want to manage and verify your identity.
- Choose your entire account, or only your saved posts and likes.
- Review the details, type the confirmation and submit.

Before you delete
Complete or cancel all open orders and bookings first, whether you are the buyer or seller. Any payment, refund or payout must also be settled. Deletion never cancels an order or interrupts its payment.
In the app, open Profile → Account Center → Privacy → Delete account or data. This opens the same secure page in your browser; you may need to sign in there.
What happens to your information
Saved posts and likes: removes your saved-post references, if any, and your likes. It keeps your account, your own published posts, messages, contacts and order history. Current Voxenger versions support likes; any saved-post records associated with your account are included.
Account: submits a verified request to the Voxenger privacy team. We complete account and associated personal-data deletion within 30 days, subject to the retention requirements below. This includes your sign-in account, profile, published content, saved activity and stored private content. Your Voxenger number and account services will no longer be available. You can cancel the request here until processing starts.
Manage recurring subscriptions through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Subscription management does not prevent you from submitting an account-deletion request.
Some records must be retained: billing and transaction records typically for 7 years, and communications metadata typically for 24 months, for legal, accounting, fraud prevention and dispute obligations. Operational logs expire after 30 days. Copies already delivered to other people and temporary encrypted backups may remain. See the Privacy Policy for details.
If you cannot access your account, contact support@voxenger.com. Include your account email or username and what you want deleted. Never send your password or verification code. We will verify ownership before acting.
